ASUS in its Computex launches has brought out a third slate that doesn't compete directly either with the iPad or e-readers. The Eee Tablet can read text but is meant as a drawing and note-taking companion to a computer and centers on its very precise display. At an extremely high 2,450DPI sensitivity, the 8-inch grayscale display has accuracy more like paper and at 1024x768 is sharper than most other tablets.
