Apple has placed fourth overall in an online retailer satisfaction survey, conducted by ForeSee. The research firm says it polled 23,400 Americans for the spring study, asking them to rank the top 100 best-selling retailers. Apple is tied for third with Avon, at a score of 83. Other high-ranked companies include Barnes and Noble at fourth place, with 82 points, and Amazon at second with 86.
