The people responsible for exposing the next-generation iPhone have hired a pair of lawyers to defend represent them amidst ongoing investigations, according to reports in the legal media. Gizmodo editor Jason Chen is noted to have hired Thomas Nolan Jr., an experienced criminal defense attorney from the firm of Nolan, Armstrong & Barton, based in Palo Alto. "I don't know whether he's the target of the criminal probe or whether they're trying to get information about sources from him," says the attorney.
