Developer submits Wi-Fi sync app for iPhone

A new app, just submitted to the App Store, promises the ability to wirelessly sync an iPhone or iPod touch with a local computer, instead of connecting via a dock and/or a USB cable. Simply called Wi-Fi Sync, the app must initially pair with matching desktop software, which in turn communicates with iTunes. Once the pairing is complete, users can simply load Wi-Fi Sync any time they want to update a handheld's content.
