Briefly: PhoneView adds iPad support, Spare Backup for Mac

Ecamm Network has released an update to PhoneView, a utility for accessing files on Apple's mobile devices. The software allows users to export music, contacts, photos, voicemail, text and multimedia messages, and call log data to a Macintosh computer. The 2.4 update includes full support for the iPad, including the ability to download e-books. Additionally the update includes enhancements to the SMS/MMS viewing feature, along with the ability to export data as a PDF. PhoneView is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later and can be purchased online for $20.
