RED used the occasion of the NAB trade show to firm up its camera plans. It's near shipping the very early test versions of the EPIC, known as Tattoo models, to its closest customers; these should arrive in May. Pre-orders have also begun for the stage two program of existing RED ONE owners and should see the $19,500 camera reach buyers in roughly July or August.
