Today's iPhone 4.0 event has also exposed a number of facts and figures about Apple sales. The company says for instance that it has sold over 450,000 iPads so far, meaning that roughly 150,000 have been bought online and at retail since the 300,000-plus recorded on launch day. The number is well below a recent estimate calling for 530,000 units, though Apple CEO Steve Jobs notes that Best Buy stores are temporarily out of stock.
