Apple is now shipping the second batch of iPad pre-orders, reports say. The company first began taking orders on March 12th, but eventually ran out units for the April 3rd launch, and so subsequently pushed target dates out to April 12th. The second wave is already enroute from Shenzhen, China, but is still officially scheduled to arrive on the 12th, even though the timing should allow for earlier delivery.
