A number of early iPad buyers have reported that the tablet isn't charging from their computers' USB ports. Even when using rear ports, some Windows PC owners have noticed their iPads refusing to charge at all. Most Mac owners haven't had issues, and all have successfully charged from the bundled AC adapter.
