Apple is showing "solid order trends" when it comes to the Mac and iPod touch, according to Barclay's Capital analyst Ben Reitzes. The view originates in a recent tour of Asia; the same trip is also said to have shown iPhone sales "picking up" in China and Japan. The news from the Chinese market may be especially important, as sales have so far been slow.
