After hearing many times about the iPod nano V1 having a battery problem in Japan, Apple finds itself again in trouble. They are accused of unduly charging credit cards of customers of the iTunes Store. At least 95 people have found themselves charged a few hundreds of dollars and even in one case more than 1000 dollars. The investigation will have to establish if these mis-chargings were due to a bug at Apple, a fault in their system or if the accounts of these people were pirated and used in some way or other.
