Apple has again expanded the functions of iTunes Preview, the web-based showcase for material at the iTunes Store. In addition to music, site visitors can now see previews of iPhone apps; when opening an app link in a web browser, people will see details and screenshots without having to own iTunes. Actually downloading an app requires following a link back to iTunes.
