Vodafone has already sold 100,000 units of the Apple iPhone 3G and 3GS since launch in the UK - that’s taken just eight days.
We’d like to reflect that given Vodafone’s customer profile includes significant numbers of business users, and given the carrier presently offers the UK’s most capable network, such sales success reinforces opinion at the pent-up demand for the device among customers for whom consistent network performance is a deal-breaker. We’d suggest this may be a salutory lesson for management at AT&T
