Among its many product debuts at CES, Sony released a pair of digital cameras that are the first to record 1920x1080 video in the AVCHD format. The DSC-HX5V and DSC-TX7 share the same 10-megapixel sensor and also have the same Backlight Correction High Dynamic Range (HDR) feature as well as TransferJet wireless technology. The HX5V alone gets a geo-tagging feature called GPS + Compass and digital image stabilization.
