Me-too Microsoft is back to the script, with widespread reports claiming the company hopes to beat Apple to the punch with introduction of its very own attempt at a tablet computer during CEO Steve Ballmer’s CES keynote speech today.
Ashlee Vance reports for The New York Times: "On Wednesday, Mr. Ballmer, Microsoft’s chief executive, will unveil a novel take on a slate-type computer during his evening keynote at the Consumer Electronics trade show in Las Vegas, according to people familiar with Microsoft’s plans.
