It is a tradition in Japan that shops offer, during the first days of the year, the fukubukuro or lucky-fortune bags. These bags are most of the time opaque, in which products are placed and they they are offered at a cost lower than the sum of the value of the contents. Apple followed these rules as these photographs show, courtesy of our friends at Kodawarisan.
Those who had the courage to face the rigours of the night to make a queue were entitled to this:
An iPod nano accompanied by all that can be useful to it, a charger, Nike+iPod, iTunes cards and even an iHome station dock. During this time, at least one person found a MacBook in a bag and always at the same price.
