The latest legal procedure lost by Psystar have put them in an impossible situation. The company cannot sell any more PC equipped with Mac OS X and has even due to withdraw from sale its Rebel EFI, a key that allows the easy installation of OS X on a PC. They do not have any thing more to sell that they can use to make a large cheque at Apple. In the end, it has found something to sell.
A Tee-shirt! Unless some are ready to make them a gift between $20 and $100. Thus Psystar did not die, it failed, which is not really better.
