Initially planned to be released in November, their launched was postponed due to the success of the desktop Radeon HD 5xx0, so the new Mobile Radeon should be unveiled in January 2010 during the CES.
There are not so many information about those products, except that they will be engraved at 40 nm and should drain less power than the current model.
