Results of a recent study carried out among 30,000 people having a notebook computer from different manufacturers indicates that Mac might not be the most reliable computer anymore. Indeed, Apple ranks 4th, behind ASUS, Toshiba and Sony the the 2 and 3 years reliability factor, with an average failure rate at 3 years of 17.4%. this is not really surprising, and if one look carefully, one can see that figures for the first 5 manufacturers are really close to each other.
