AT&T is suing Verizon because it believes the "There's a Map for That" advertising is misleading. AT&T contend that the maps shown confuse the customer into believing there is no coverage at all in the white spots on AT&T's map when in fact there is either EDGE or GPRS service in those areas.
Maybe those attorney fees would be better spent on adding towers/capacity and working on that map, AT&T?
