The unofficial iPhone Dev Team says it has released a new version of PwnageTool, v3.1. The software jailbreaks various Apple handhelds, allowing owners to install unofficial apps, or unlock an iPhone in particularly for use with unsupported carriers. The update is designed to circumvent blocks created by Apple's iPhone 3.1 firmware, released just last week.
