Thoughts about Snow Leopard

Few days after having installed Snow Leopard on our Mac, without any problem for most of us, beside compatibility issues with some software or utilities, we recovered several GB of storage space. But, what about more responsive interface, higher performance level of the finder, etc as expected/claimed by Apple? On will have to wait for enjoying such improvements as it will require changes in codes of today's applications. We would have expected an update of the iLife suite in order to illustrate benefits obtained from Snow Leopard. No. One could have expected having iDVD offering faster encoding, or iPhoto face recognition boosted by the new OS, nope, it is apparently too early. Apple just installed new foundations, and we will have to wait for the next step. If the new OS seems to sale very well, flying off shelves from resellers, we are impatient to experience the new OS on a practical point of view, in action. On the other side, only a small percentage of the Mac hardware hosts a graphic cards
