Apple exec balks at testifying, Mac clone maker claims

Psystar, the Mac clone maker fighting Apple over copyright infringement allegations complained to a federal judge Tuesday that Apple VP Philip Schiller was "unprepared" and "unwillingly to testify" during a recent deposition.
