We've got modem firmware 05.11.04, Carrier=AT&T 4.5 like before but you can Copy/Paste small videos (thanks Justin) and now you can see how much tethering you've done (below) - even if you can't currently enable tethering on iPhone 3.1 just yet (hacked or not)
