Ted Patrick, Adobe's Senior Manager of Developer Communities has said that he expect to see Flash support the major capabilites (GPS, Accelerometrs, Multitouch) of modern mobile devices. The comments were made today at an event for analysts. Adobe's CTO, Kevin Rollins added that a full featured version of Flash for mobile phones will be available in beta by the end of this year and by early next year.
The demonstrations were all on Android handsets which are running on processors significantly slower than those in Apple's iPhone 3GS.
