Kingston jut released the DataTraveler 300, an USB key with the largest ever storage capacity: 256 GB.
Its price should be around 1000 USD, quite expensive indeed, but you would then have the ability to store data equivalent to 10 Blu-ray single layer discs. However, you should not be in hurry, as based on the USB2.0 interface, the writing performance is rather slow, 10 MB/s, so it will take you around 7 hours to fill it up. Reading speed is twice faster.
