Logic states that the updates multiply when the release date approaches for a piece of software… and logic is respected for Snow Leopard. Yet another pre version: the 10A411
Among other things, this build makes some improvements to the Quick Time reader which it needs; apart from the interface, one has the impression of going back several years with the level of the functionalities. It is true that Apple set out again at zero for this version (the 10.0). This, with the new Finder, is one of the large building blocks of Snow Leopard. One can suppose that they will continue to evolve right up to the wire with pre versions to come. The 10A411 also sees the arrival of a new font for the menus of the Dock. Apart from these, since the preceding versions were already rather stable and fast, one can hope for the same thing for this release.
