If we mostly followed the bqttle between Apple and Psystar, there was only few reports about the german company PearC taking advantage of the local law to offer Mac clones running on Mac OS X. This is a legal offer based on the german regulations. They have now extended their offer to msot EU countries by localizing their website and corresponding languages as well as registering dedicated websites such as PearC.fr, PearC.be , etc.
If we think that Apple should offer a non Mac Pro mini tower model at a competitive price, we do not think that customers should be fouled by such marketing points from companies such as PearC or Psystar.
