iPhone OS 3.0 Available!

It has been a long day especially for those who have been waiting for the iPhone OS 3.0 to be released in Europe or in Japan, but it is finally there. To install it, it is as simple as the usual: connect you iPhone to your Mac, launch iTunes then check for software update. Once iTunes will have found the update, simply click on download and install button. It might take some time if Apple servers get overloaded as for the previous major release of OS 2.0. Before installing the new version, do not forget to backup your iPhone data, calendar, etc. Of course, if you are using a SIM-unlocked or jailbreak iPhone model, it will once more be locked. So, you will have to wait couple of hours/days to have the new tools released to SIM-unlock, activate and jailbreak your iPhone OS 3.0.
