Apple is expected to release the iPhone 3.0 firmware later on Wednesday, at approximately 10AM Pacific time, or 1PM Eastern. Deployment through iTunes should be roughly synchronous worldwide, for instance occurring at 6PM in the UK, and later in Asia and the rest of Europe. One notable exception is Singapore, which is officially slated to gain the firmware on June 18th.
