This one might have passed a lot of you by. Mobile Safari in iPhone 3.0 will allow GPS calls directly in the browser. This is a relatively new, but very exciting technology. Once embraced by web page developers, Geolocation will add a lot of functionality to web pages (–even advertising). That's how apps like Google Latitude will work as WebApps.
