Apple announced to developers that API to be used in Sown Leopard are now "frozen", defining the new step towards the final release of the future OS. It also indicates to developers that they can keep developing with their current build and/or code based on APIs without fearing last minute changes that could vanish months of works.In other words, the dictionary is now written and directly usable, however, Apple can still modify what is hidden behind each words, even though the meaning is now set.
