Apple has released the third beta version of iPhone OS 3.0 to developers, along with an updated version of the iPhone SDK. According to Apple’s release notes, a number of changes have been made to Xcode, Interface Builder, and Dashcode in the SDK; the notes also say that applications targeted for prior versions of the iPhone OS cannot be tested in this new version.
