Microsoft loses anti-piracy patent case, must pay pay $388 million

A Rhode Island jury found the company infringes on a patent held by UnilocA jury in Rhode Island found Microsoft guilty of patent infringement, ordering it to pay $388 million to Uniloc, the patent holder.
