Those clever fiends at the FCC have apparently been having all sorts of good times with HTC's upcoming Touch Diamond2 of late, recently putting through a "TOPA100" handset that sounds quite a bit like the leaked codename "Topaz" phone that turned into the Touch Diamond2 at MWC.
