Acer unveils Tempo smartphone series: X960, F900, M900, and DX900

Not long after we spotted four new Acer phones in Barcelona has the company officially unveiled the Tempo smartphone quartet, albeit with a few typo-laden spec sheets. Here's what we know. the X960 has a 2.8-inch VGA TFT LCD touch screen, GPS, virtual keyboard, MP3 plaer, and 3.2 megapixel camera. The F900's got a wider, 3.8-inch WVGA TFT touchscreen, 3 megapixel camera, and G- and L-sensors but otherwise sports the same features as the X960. The DX900's using a 2.8-inch TFT touchscreen, G- and L-sensors, a 3 megapixel camera, 2.5mm stereo jack, and support for HSDPA / UMTS, Quad-band and Tri-Band GSM, and EDGE / GPRS. Lastly, grandaddy M900 is touting a physical keyboard, 5 megapixel
