Nisus has released an update to Writer Express, its stripped-down companion to the Writer Pro word processing app. The v3.2 release introduces several new features, most notably customizable document properties, which allow users to to assign attributes like authorship, company and copyright. The software has also been expanded with per-language control over smart quotes, and extra backup option
