It might well rank as one of the most surprising accusations of cloning we've yet heard: according to Ten One Design, makers of the Pogo Stylus for iPhone 3G ($15), the TouchPenSys stylus for iPhones we've previously looked at is a knock-off of their design. Both are metal tubes with a spongy, conductive tip at the end; Pogo Stylus comes packed with a mounting solution to keep the stylus tube clipped on the iPhone 3G when not in use.
