Analyst: Apple may cut iPhone 3G production by 40 percent

Craig Berger, an analyst with FBR Capital Markets, says that Apple may cut production of the iPhone 3G by up to 40 percent because of weaker demand for consumer electronics. But many Apple observers dismissed that prediction.
