Google just released its well-known Google Earth application for the iPhone as a free application already available from the AppStore. Of course, it is a lighter version compared to the original one; nevertheless the main features are available and remain useful. However, you better have a WiFi network access, or at least 3G network, when using such application, otherwise loading images might take minutes.
