Textco BioSoftware has released the latest version of its DNA plasmid mapping software, Gene Construction Kit 3.0 (GCK). Three new modules are included with the program, PCR Analysis, Shotgun Cloning, and Database Search. The PCR Analysis module lets users select a section of DNA, choose from different amplification parameters, and the program suggests the closest matching primers around that area
