Apple Sends Apology Letter, 30-Day Extension to MobileMe Customers

Today, Apple sent out an email to MobileMe customers apologizing for the rocky transition from .Mac to MobileMe.We have recently completed the transition from .Mac to MobileMe. Unfortunately, it was a lot rockier than we had hoped.
