The suit alleges counts for violation of its shrink wrap license, trademark and copyright infringement. Psystar's decision to launch a Xserve-like base offer might have been the starting point of Apple's legal action. we will have to wait for months before knowing the end of the story. Psystar and Apple can either find an agreement, implying the first one to stop selling Open Computers, or the judge will decide which company is right.
