News: iPhone 3G disassembly photos posted

iFixit has posted the first disassembly photos of the iPhone 3G, which it acquired at the device’s midnight launch in New Zealand. Of note, the LCD and glass covering are now separate components, as they are in the iPod touch, making for easier repairs. They were glued together in the original iPhone.
