South Korea's "ubiquitous" Songdo city begins to take shape

Gadgets It's been a good long while since we've heard anything about South Korea's planned "ubiquitous city," Songdo, but it looks like the mammoth effort is finally beginning to take shape, as evidenced by the BBC's recent trip to the $200 billion development. According to the BBC, the city is now scheduled for completion in 2015, as opposed to 2014, but the first few developments will apparently be open for business as soon as 2009.
