Austria's Dare to be Creative has released the first version of ResizeMe, an image editing utility. The program handles batch resizing tasks for photographers, and anyone else with similar requirements, such as graphic and web designers. Users can additionally rotate or flip images in groups, and adjust their scale to needed proportions.
