Announcement: Samsung 256GB FlashSSD

Samsung announced a 256GB solid state drive, due by the end of the year in a 2.5-inch form factor with a SATA II interface, sequential read speed of 200 megabytes per second (MB/s), and sequential write speed of 160MB/s.
