Made from two separate pieces, Speck's TransPort for iPhone & iPod touch ($35) is a flip-closed case designed to mount either of Apple's touchscreen devices on the shoulder strap of a bag, or a belt. You can pull off the front flap if you don't want to use it, transforming the case into a holster.
