Nvidia is reportedly keeping memory bus-widths the same on at least two of its next-generation RTX 50-series GPUs, GB203 and GB205. GB203 will supposedly have a 256-bit interface and GB205 will have a 192-bit memory bus width, according to leaker Kopite7kimi.
