Apple this week provided updated iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 adoption numbers, indicating that 80% of all iPhones are running iOS 14 and that 70% of all iPads are running iPadOS 14, as measured by the App Store on February 24.
By comparison, Apple indicated that 72% of all iPhones were using iOS 14 and that 61% of all iPads were using iPadOS 14 as of December 15.
